3. Top with the leftover cinnamon bread slices to form sandwiches.
4. Dip them into the egg mixture.
5. Lightly spray a griddle or skillet with non-stick cooking spray.
6. Fry the sandwiches until golden brown on both sides.
7. Serve with maple syrup or fresh fruit. |
