Breakfast treat topping prepared from butter, honey, and ground cinnamon. Perfect for topping muffins, pancakes, toast, French toast and other breakfast breads. Can be served cold or warm.
Ingredients -
1 cup (2 sticks) Butter
1/2 cup Honey
1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

Preparation:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the butter, honey and cinnamon and mix until smooth.
2. Serve with toast, pancakes or muffins.
3. Cover and refrigerate the leftovers.

French toast should be cooked over medium heat to ensure the middle is fully cooked without burning the outer edge. Drain the excess egg and milk mixture from the bread before
placing in the pan for the best texture and appearance. Never cover the pan while cooking French toast to avoid condensation that will lead to soggy bread.
