Feeding a Crowd
When feeding a crowd, remove pieces of French toast from the griddle and arrange them in a single layer on a rack in a shallow baking dish. Keep the French toast warm in an oven set at a low temperature until it is time to serve. Never stack the toast and always leave the dish uncovered to avoid condensation that will cause the French toast to become soggy.

French Toast Strips
Youngsters love to dip food and French toast is no different. Slice French toast into strips that can easily be picked up by hand. Pour a small amount of warmed maple syrup into a serving cup or bowl for dipping. Using their hands and taking an active role dipping the strips brings an element of fun to breakfast that can encourage even the pickiest of eaters to clean their plates.
