Ingredients -
1 cup Milk
3 ounces Cook and Serve Vanilla Pudding
1 Egg
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
8 slices Thick Bread
Preparation:
1. Add milk, pudding mix, egg and cinnamon to bowl. Whisk until well blended.
2. Dip bread into egg mixture. Coat both sides.
3. Preheat griddle to 375 F. Cook 4 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
